Ever wanted to make your childhood tea parties come true? Well this aesthetic french pastry shop is located in Austin named Rocheli Patisserie. This award-winning bakery is a great place to hang out with family, friends and even take a date. This bakery is very instagram worthy,is very cute, and has seasonal decorations. With everything being handmade and fresh out the oven.
As we arrived there we noticed that they didn’t have their own parking lot. Everyone was parked right in front of the stores around there, so it made it difficult to find a spot to park. Walking towards the front of the bakery, it was very decorated with flowers, bushes, and they had outside seating as well. As you walk in, you are hit with a sweet smell from the variety of pastries found in the bakery. We were instantly greeted and she kindly asked if we were ready to order. As we looked inside,we noticed that the bakery was a lot smaller than we expected. The chairs were close together making it seem tight but other than that the bakery was very cozy, fancy, and well decorated. As you order your food at the register they let us sit down and they brought our dessert to our table. Once you got your dessert you had the privilege to walk to a station that had gold utensils and had different toppings you could add into your dessert or drink such as cinnamon, chocolate powder.

We ordered a Red Velvet Cupcake ($5.25) ,Cafe Creme Cappuccino ($5), White Chocolate Pudding Croissant ($7.95), and a Cafe Caramel ($5). The Red Velvet Cupcake smelled so sweet and when we took the first bite it was pretty dry but other than that we liked the taste because of the frosting it had on it. The Cafe Creme Cappuccino was hot and very strong as well. The White Chocolate Pudding Croissant was pretty sweet as well and it was gooey on the inside. It looked raw from the inside but it was from all the pudding. But when we ordered the White Chocolate Pudding Croissant we saw that it had blueberries and raspberries with gold flakes which we thought we were going to get like that, but when we received it was plain nothing like we thought we would get it. Lastly we ordered a Caramel Cafe which was warm and I found it to be one of the best Caramel Coffees I’ve tried because it was sweet and savory. We would say it was pretty for something tiny and instagram worthy, but other than that it was a great experience. The desserts really filled us up quickly.

We would recommend going to Rocheli Patisserie if you enjoy something sweet and want to try something new. They have seating inside and outside as well. If you don’t enjoy being in a room full of people. Since there isn’t a lot of seating they do take reservations but try to go in early to avoid the rush.
