Spooky season is here, which means it’s time for some fun and creative costumes. Whether it’s a week before Halloween or even the day of, it’s never too late to get ready for Halloween. We put together nine last minute Halloween costumes (including some group costumes) to get you ready for our one spooky day of the year.
Thing 1 & Thing 2
For this duo (or even single) costume, all you really need is a red shirt, a marker, and a white sheet to create the designs seen in the image for “Thing 1” and “Thing 2.” To assemble these pieces together, you can tape them–but hold on to that tape in case you need to fix the costume later on! The blue hair can be found at stores like Walmart, Target, or Party City. Have fun, Thing 1 and Thing 2!
Fairly OddParents
For this group costume we have the famous Fairly OddParents. For this quick and easy costume, all you need is a yellow shirt and black pants for Wanda and a white shirt, tie, and black pants for Cosmo. You can tie this all together by glueing a crown onto a headband, which can be done with paper and tape, and you’ve got yourself a little bit of magic and two Fairly OddParents!
Powerpuff Girls
The Powerpuff Girls isn’t only an amazing show, it also serves as an amazing trio costume! For this costume, all you need is 3 dresses that are blue, pink, and green, and some white tights. The wigs can be an amazing add on but the idea is there regardless, and that’s all the superpowers needed!
Tinkerbell
For this sparkly costume all you need is a pastel colored green dress and some fairy wings. The wings can be found at your local Target or Walmart. Tie this look together with 2 pom-poms on white shoes and you’ve got yourself Tinkerbell!
Barbie
Now, who doesn’t LOVE the color pink? With the Barbie movie just hitting theaters, going as Barbie is super on-trend. For this costume all you need is a pink dress, and cute heels you have on hand, a black belt and a blonde wig!
Dr. Phil
Why not go as Dr.Phil? We’ve all watched or heard of him so why not! Its a funny costume and it’s super easy to put together. All you need is a suit and tie, tights to use as a bald cap, and just draw on that mustache and you’re ready to solve some family issues!
Minion
A minion? Why not? This can be a singles costume or a group costume. All you need is a yellow shirt, some jean overalls, and some black gloves and you’re ready to take over the world. Or at least help!
Smurf
For the iconic Smurf costume all you need is white pants and a blue top, face paint is completely optional but it could be what ties the whole look together!
Cat
This is by far our easiest costume possible, the outfit isn’t the main attraction, however you can customize this as wished, but the face is what makes or breaks this cat costume. For the face all you need is to draw on, with a black eyeliner, some whiskers and a bubbly nose. The cat ears can be found at your local Target and Walmart and you can be ready to litter-ally enjoy ur night!
