To enjoy your eating experience, you need to enjoy the atmosphere, which Olive Garden has learned to keep improving. Olive Garden has a clean and Italian-based environment, and you can perceive this as you walk in.
After entering, you are greeted by very respectful and nice receptionists. When getting seated at a table/ booth, the waiter makes you feel welcomed and offers very attentive service. They help you by accommodating any dietary preferences, offering breadsticks, or a drink refill. The staff’s hospitality is very noticeable and makes you feel welcome, knowing someone is there to take care of you.
The price of the food is not the cheapest and may be high for some. However, the portion sizes and quality of the food justify the price. The food is very filling and often leaves you with a good sense of satisfaction, and you end up with leftovers that you can enjoy later. The menu is very diverse, and every client knows that no matter what you get, you will be satisfied. This brings up the main negative point; the wait time is sometimes ridiculous, but this justifies the quality of the food. For me, the wait time is worth it and gives you more space for the delicious food you are about to eat. Olive Garden’s ambiance is between casual elegance and family-friendly. The lights are often soft and offer a more cozy place. With Italian artwork displayed around, you can find something interesting even on the walls. Additionally, they have diverse layouts, which range from big tables to small 2-person tables. This place gives the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or festive gatherings with friends and family.
